doctor-sync
Adds the
doctor-syncworkflow fromneohiro/doctor. This enables per-repo code quality checks (ruff, JSON/YAML parse, shellcheck, active-directory, cross-repo suite) with smart path filtering so tests only run when relevant files change.Canonical source:
